Francesca Venezia is an Associate Consultant at Education First, bringing more than 10 years of dynamic, rigorous research experience. Known for her strong project management skills and talent for facilitating and presenting, Francesca specializes in leading research workstreams, conducting qualitative analyses, and supporting multilingual learners.

Francesca brings extensive expertise from her time in the data-driven and client-centered K-12 and postsecondary education sector at Mathematica, where she directed a $1.5M evaluation of an apprenticeship scholarship program that included a randomized control trial and an implementation study. A champion for equitable, community-engaged systems, she has a proven track record of successfully managing a research advisory board and starting her impactful education career as a dual-language charter school co-teacher.
