Kijafa brings extensive expertise from her time at TNTP, where she led statewide and district-level curriculum implementation, instructional coaching, and curriculum-based professional learning efforts and advised state education agencies on large-scale initiatives. Her work included coaching and evaluating district leaders and grant-approved providers supporting more than 400 Texas school districts in implementing high-quality instructional materials.
