Brittney joined Education First in 2026 as an HR Associate on the Human Resources team. With over five years of experience in HR, Brittney has a diverse background in human resources. Ranging from employee lifecycle management, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, 401k administration, to operational efficiency and project implementations. She brings an energizing force to her work and thrives on connecting with employees and keeping their best interests at top of mind. Brittney enjoys taking on new projects that improve employee well being and focus on being people-centered.

Brittney believes that every individual should have equitable access to educational opportunities and is proud to work at a company that champions those values. She is also excited to support the employees at Ed First that are hard at work to create and change policies that create this positive impact across the country.

Originally from Washington state, Brittney now resides near Washington DC with her husband and family of fur babies. When she is not in office, Brittney enjoys taking walks on nature trails, trying new restaurants, traveling, and learning new things.
