Jonathan brings extensive expertise from his time at the policy-focused think tank, The Century Foundation, where he helped conduct a nationwide analysis of enrollment patterns and policies shaping the expansion of dual language immersion programs. A champion for evidence-based policymaking, he has a proven track record of translating research into actionable insights for education systems and policymakers.
