Sarina Sheth Noone

Sarina Sheth Noone seeks to advance equitable outcomes through education. Since joining the firm in 2022, she has worked on projects focused on public policy, state funding and philanthropic investments to strengthen and expand access to college and career pathways. This work has included convening funders, designing stakeholder engagement and conducting landscape analyses. Recent client projects include work with the Commission on Purposeful Pathways, the Limitless Learning Network, the National Association for College Admission Counseling, the Place-based Funders Network, Purpose Built Communities, NYC Department of Education and exalt Youth.

Sarina has over a decade of experience in inclusive stakeholder engagement spanning the arts nonprofit and higher education sectors. Before joining the Ed First team, Sarina worked as an associate at Columbia University’s Center for Public Research and Leadership, convening a multi-sector cohort of PK-16 system leaders, nonprofit advocates and members of the business community to design state-level policy solutions.  Sarina earned her B.A. in English from Skidmore College and M.P.A. in Public Policy Analysis from NYU Wagner. In graduate school, Sarina also led fellow student leaders at NYU in designing and hosting the inaugural Powering Structural Change conference.
