Sydney helps lead Education First’s innovation and AI strategy, supporting leaders to move from experimentation and uncertainty to coherent action. She partners with school systems and foundations to make practical decisions about how emerging technologies can support teaching, learning and organizational effectiveness.

With 15 years of experience across education strategy, organizational change and implementation, Sydney has led work on AI readiness and governance, strategic planning and collective impact. She was a co-creator of Education First’s AI x Coherence approach, which supports education leaders to start with real problems of practice, align AI use to system priorities and build the conditions for responsible implementation. She also leads Education First’s internal AI transformation across strategy, professional learning and adoption.

Her work is grounded in the belief that technology should strengthen the work of people and systems, not distract from the problems they are trying to solve.
