This concept paper represents an early milestone in the Commission’s work. It outlines a bold framework for the high school and early postsecondary years—one that weaves together high-quality advising, accelerated coursework, and career-connected learning to help students discover their purpose, gain essential skills, and build the networks that lead to choice-filled lives and careers. A more comprehensive report from the Commission will be released in early 2026.
