As the Network Intermediary for the P-16 Community Investment initiative, Education First led a process to co-create with the foundation and its partners a diversity, equity and inclusion framework outlining the principles that guided the P-16 Community Investment team’s grantmaking and ongoing collaboration with grantee backbone organizations and their communities. It also informed the P-16 Community Investment team’s learning agenda and its work with partners who supported its P-16 strategy.
