Provided research, financial modeling and stakeholder engagement on designing the Delaware Talent Cooperative aimed at rewarding the state’s most highly effective teachers and encouraging them to work in high-needs schools. In addition to benchmarking similar projects around the country, facilitated a design committee and generated ideas for professional development for Cooperative teachers. Other projects include strategic planning for the Teacher and Effectiveness Leader Unit to ensure that it worked strategically to improve the state’s performance evaluation system and help teachers and district and school leaders understand all elements of the system.
