The Coherence Toolkit provides a set of curated tools to help teams build coherence. In aggregate, these resources are meant to help you lead your team to build coherence by building focus and coordination, cultivating trusting relationships, changing behaviors at scale and thinking and working in equitable ways. These tools also serve as stand-alone resources to help you and your team focus on a particular area.
